What you will be doing

Thisposition reports to the Clinical Implementation Manager and is responsible forclinical implementations, training, and clinical project management services toboth new and existing customers. The Clinical Implementation Consultant willeffectively establish and develop successful client relationships whilecoordinating with integration, project management, and the implementationtechnical team through all phases of the implementation process. This rolemanages and executes the clinical aspects of an oncology specific softwareimplementation and works with team members in a collaborative environment toreview and enhance the training and implementation process in order to provideour clients, both internal and external, with the highest quality service.

1. Review of client processes and development of clinicalworkflows to support implementation plan

2. Act as software subject matter expert for the clientsthroughout the implementation process

3. Collaborate with client to customize and to configure systemsettings from on role based workflow

4. Deliver on-site or web-based training in small and/or largegroup settings

5. Work collaboratively with integration and project management tofacilitate and project manage new product offerings

6. Collaborate in the design, testing, and creation of trainingmaterials, documentation, and videos to support the implementation process

7. Provide feedback from the end users which will enhance thefunctionality and usability of the software

8. Ability to travel up to 75%.

9. Performsrelated duties as assigned.

What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)

LicensedRegistered Nurse with a current unrestricted license preferred

Graduationfrom an accredited program

Recent clinicalOncology experience a plus

2. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

3. Meticulous follow-up skills

4. Ability to multi-task; strong attention to detail; organized

5. Ability to work collaboratively but also independently withminimal supervision

6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train variouslevels of end users

7. Excellent presentation skills (written, verbal, andpresentation)

8. Prior experience in a clinical training environment preferred
